Getting to Know You
A yoga or mindfulness session is the ideal icebreaker or warm up activity to include in a wellness day or team building event. Our team will chat with you about your needs and help you select a program to perfectly match your goals and budget.
Are your employees stressed? We offer an interactive workshop with some gentle stretches, which can be done on a chair, breathing exercises, introduction to mindfulness practice, and several techniques for reducing stress levels.
This is a great option for improving co-worker cooperation. This is an hour of fun suitable for absolutely everyone. In this activity people work together in pairs or sometimes in the whole group to try out several yoga poses, which requires teamwork, communication and lots of fun and laughter in the process!
We Meet You Where You Are
We can come to you wherever you are located in the Houston area! You can come to us: schedule a day or an hour at our studio. We have two large spaces for use and a hot yoga room!
