You can customize your sessions with a combination of yoga therapy, private yoga, private meditation, chakra healing, nutrition coaching, personal training, and life coaching.
We believe that everyone deserves access to wellness services so we have created a Giving Guru Sliding Scale based on income. We have several different pricing options based on your goals and needs. Our services are affordable for all.

What is Yoga Therapy?
Yoga therapy is a self-empowering process, where the care-seeker, with the help of the Yoga therapist, implements a personalized and evolving Yoga practice, that not only addresses the illness in a multi-dimensional manner, but also aims to alleviate his/her suffering in a progressive, non-invasive, and complementary manner. Depending upon the nature of the illness, Yoga therapy can not only be preventive or curative, but also serve a means to manage the illness, or facilitate healing in the person at all levels.
What is Life Coaching?
Your coach will help you identify your goals and then develop a plan to reach those goals. Life coaching focuses on what is happening right now, what a person wants next, and how that gap can be bridged. Coaching is about helping you to identify the obstacles that keep getting in your way, assisting them with finding motivation, and pinpointing any resistance to change.
Krysten, is the owner and founder of YogaStrong. She is a successful Yoga Therapist and Life Coach. Originally, she desired to become a nurse but was a victim of crime early in her adult life. Needing to understand and process her trauma, she decided to study: Psychology, Anthropology, and Social Work. In doing so she is able to coach others in processing their life struggles and setting up a plan to work through whatever hardships may arise.
Yoga Therapy and Life Coaching is Krysten’s true passion. She specializes in the following areas: Trauma, Couples Coaching, Managing Worry, Stress Management, Personal Growth, Managing Grief, Managing Change, Communication Skills, Confidence & Personal Power, Inner Peace, Achieving Balance, and Organization & Productivity.
Krysten started practicing yoga years ago to help manage her depression, anxiety, and PTSD. She found that her depression, anxiety, and PTSD symptoms continued to lessen and became more and more manageable the more she practiced. Using these skills, Krysten decided the best way to share her knowledge and love of these passions was to open her own all in one yoga, health, and wellness studio.
Krysten’s goal is to help others and by opening a studio that offers a holistic approach to mind and body wellness; she is capable of helping many people in many different ways. Helping others is her passion and she absolutely loves her job!
In her free time Krysten enjoys spending time with her many animals, volunteering as a crisis counselor, practicing yoga and meditation, and spending time with her husband and teenage son.
Private yoga training allows you to work on the poses and stretches that make sense for you on your schedule and at your own pace. These private sessions allow you to ease into yoga in a safer manner, with proper alignment and a clear focus on your goals and needs. All private sessions are customized and tailored to the specific needs of each client. We also offer chair yoga.
Chakra Energy Healing
Chakra healing is based on the belief that the body is permeated by an energy field that can affect our health and well-being, also called subtle energy, vibrational energy, or simply life force. Known as qi in Traditional Chinese Medicine or prana in Ayurveda, it’s believed that we can work with this energy to find balance and healing. According to most CAM (complex indigenous belief-systems) philosophies, both physical and mental health conditions can come about when this energy is stuck or not flowing properly. All private sessions are customized and tailored to the specific needs of each client.
The goal of energy healing is to restore the balance of energy to support physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Our personal trainer will help you develop exercise plans for aerobic exercise, resistance exercise, and/or flexibility training. We will teach you to perform exercises with correct techniques, minimizing the risk of injury. We will also be able to help you with your diet and meals. All private sessions are customized and tailored to the specific needs of each client.
